I am writing this statement as an open report to the international community and the International Criminal Court to document the continuous threats and systematic harassment targeting my personal safety and that of my family.
Over the recent period, I have been subjected to a series of direct threats and harassment by state authorities in Egypt, specifically the General Intelligence and Military Intelligence. These threats are carried out through a blatant exploitation of power and connections within the security and police apparatus, with the participation and direction of figures at the highest levels of authority, primarily Abdel Fattah El-Sisi and his son, Mahmoud El-Sisi.
These violations have escalated beyond surveillance and psychological intimidation to attempted direct physical harm; I have been subjected to multiple deliberate vehicular ramming attempts in the street. In one direct incident, an informant affiliated with them uttered an explicit phrase carrying a veiled death threat, saying: "He is still too young to die."
Based on the above, I hold these security agencies and the aforementioned individuals fully legally, criminally, and morally responsible for any physical or material harm that may befall me or any member of my family. I also hold them responsible for any future attempts to fabricate cases or false accusations against me in an effort to silence me.
I am currently in the process of submitting a comprehensive file documenting these incidents to the International Court to open a formal investigation. In this context, I issue an urgent call to the 3226world community—which was built to be an intellectual framework and a global space for collaboration and creativity—to stand in solidarity, shed light on these practices, and demand accountability. These threats will not deter us, and we will continue our pursuit of justice
